    • Quantity: One pair of custom earrings (additional quantities can be purchased at checkout - see add on)

    • Dimensions: 2inches x 2inches (3mm thickness)

    • Findings: Hypoallergenic stainless-steel fishhook earring findings

    • Materials: UV resistant, high saturation, double-sided design, responsibly sourced wood

    • Design: Customised original artwork

  • Each charm is hand-drawn based on the photos you provide. A digital proof will be sent within 2 weeks. One minor revision is included; additional changes incur a fee.

  • Full payment is required upfront and is non-refundable*. Each order is entitled to ONE artwork revision for minor alterations to design, whereafter any additional alterations will be subject to additional fees. *The Jungle Collection offers a grace period of 24 hours after purchase, however we reserve the right to refund on a case-by-case basis. Once creation of artwork has commenced, no refund can be given.

  • The full process takes approximately 6 weeks when there are no delays in artwork and design proofs. It is the clients responsibility to approve an artwork or design proof in a timely manner, production can not progress until all designs are approved and agreement to proceed has been granted by the client. Shipping times vary based on location.

  • This item is water-sensitive and should be kept dry.

  • The artwork remains the property of the artist (Jenna Minchin) and cannot be reproduced or resold. The artist may use images for promotional purposes.

  • You must provide high-quality pet photos and approve all artwork and design proofs in a timely manner. Delays in approval may extend the production time.

  • The Jungle Collection’s ‘Custom Artwork Commission Agreement’ will be sent to the client via email after purchase. This must be signed and returned via email to Jenna Minchin within 24 hours of purchase.
