Returns Policy for The Jungle Collection FNQ
At The Jungle Collection, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our returns policy carefully:
General Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.
Imperfect Mystery Stickers: These are sold at a substantially reduced price and may include imperfections or damage. By purchasing, you consent to their condition, and they cannot be returned or refunded.
Products Made with FSC Responsibly Sourced Wood: Many of our products are crafted from eco-friendly wooden materials. Variations in colour, grain, and texture are natural characteristics of this material. These variations may cause printed designs to appear bumpy, chipped, or uneven. These natural imperfections are part of the product's unique character and are not considered faults. As such, we cannot exchange or refund items for this reason.
Custom-made or personalised jewellery is also non-returnable. This includes custom made keychains or asymmetrical earrings.
Tea: We cannot refund tea products if the seal has been broken, unless under extenuating circumstances (e.g., a fault with the product).
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is genuinely faulty or damaged (excluding natural wood imperfections or imperfect mystery stickers), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund for items confirmed to be faulty or damaged.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind but may provide store credit or an exchange at our discretion.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us via the submissions form on our website at thejunglecollection.com.au with your order details and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation number.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 business days.
