The Minchin Tea Company is the sister brand and labour of love of artist Jenna Minchin — owner of The Jungle Collection and former owner of The Secret Jungle, an immersive tea room and alcohol-free cocktail bar.

Originally created as a companion to The Secret Jungle, The Minchin Tea Company began with a small range of hand-blended teas, brought to life through a vibrant menu of iced teas and botanical mocktails.

Today, it has evolved into a natural extension of The Jungle Collection — a thoughtfully curated range of blends inspired by Australia’s unique flora and fauna. Each tea reflects Jenna’s artistic practice, drawing on colour, mood, and a deep connection to the rainforest environment she calls home.

Our collection focuses on premium loose leaf teas, predominantly of Australian origin, incorporating native ingredients wherever possible to create distinctive, refined flavours. Designed for both everyday ritual and special moments, these blends are equally suited to slow afternoons, thoughtful gifting, or as a meaningful Australian souvenir.

The Minchin Tea Company blends bring together premium ingredients — from whole leaf teas and botanicals to dried fruits and natural oils — carefully selected for both quality and flavour.

Each blend is inspired by Australia’s native animals and the environments they call home. From Cassowary Tea, combining Daintree black tea with quandong and Davidson plum, to Tropical Fruit Bat, a rooibos blend layered with pineapple, mango and papaya. Alongside these are more grounding favourites like Daintree Chai and Rainforest Shadows, a rich dark chocolate and cacao blend.

We’re currently working behind the scenes to reimagine a miniature boutique tea experience within The Jungle Collection.

This upcoming space will feature a curated selection of our loose leaf teas, served as refreshing iced teas and lemonades — designed to be as visually striking as they are enjoyable to drink.

Planning is underway, with the iced tea bar expected to launch 25th July 2026.
